The Cloud Game Corner is the premier attraction of Dehara City. There are two minigames on offer here – Cloud Burst and the Slot Machines – and they require Coins to play. They can pay out prize money in Coins as well, which you can then exchange for various prizes.

In order to buy or earn Coins, you’ll first need a Coin Case. Just speak to the man wandering outside the Game Corner and he’ll give you one.

Poke Dollars can also be exchanged for Coins at the Coin Exchange, and Coins can be redeemed for Prizes at the Prize Counter.

Cloud Burst Game

Cloud Burst is the most popular game at the Game Corner, and it is unique to Borrius. The objective of the game is to control a flying Altaria around a dreamy cloudscape and pop as many balloons as possible within the time limit.

You control the Altaria with arrow keys, and popping balloons is as simple as crashing into them. Hitting the A or B buttons gives you the option to quit.

There are three types of balloons – plain, stripy, and spiky.

Popping the plain red balloons gains you a single point, and stripy balloons give you a more substantial amount, depending on the difficulty selected. If you pop a spiky balloon, however, you will lose points, with the amount also depending on difficulty. There are also green orbs that will double your earned points for a limited period of time.

At the end of the session, you’ll be given the amount of points you earned in Coins.

Difficulties & Point Totals

There are three difficulty modes: Easy, Medium, and Hard.

Each difficulty scales in Coin cost and in the amount of time allowed per round, so there’s something for all skill levels.

Slot Machines

The red machines on the right-hand side of the Game Corner are Slot Machines, and operating them is fairly straightforward.

The left and right arrow keys bring up the payout list, and hitting the down arrow increases the wager. You can wager 1, 2, or 3 Coins, with each determining how many lines of icons you will get as a potential payout.

“A” starts the machine and also stops each reel, and “B” is used to exit.
