For this gym the most ideal typings for your party would be Flying, Fairy, and Psychic-type Pokemon. But the class of Pokemon you can use is somewhat restricted due to the Gym’s conditions of disabling certain move types.
Here’s an example of how this gym condition works: in the battle with Big Mo, the game calculates the total number of Flying, Fairy, or Psychic-type moves featured within your Pokemon team’s moveset. It then disables the type of moves that are most commonly occurring. So, if your Pokemon mainly have Psychic-type moves, all of these will be disabled.
In case of a tie between the number of Flying, Psychic, or Fairy-type moves – the game disables them based on the following priority: Flying > Psychic > Fairy.
Additionally, all Psychic, Flying, and Fairy-types moves are disabled in the Trainer battles leading up to Big Mo.
Antisis City Gym Puzzle

The Antisis Gym doesn’t have a dedicated puzzle like most of the other Gyms. Instead, you’ll have to enter a ‘Ring Challenge’ where you have to fight a series of 3 Trainers consecutively while using the same Pokemon from your squad.
Although your Pokemon will be healed after each battle, you won’t have the option to swap it out for another one from your squad. Additionally, using Flying, Psychic, and Fairy-type Pokemon is allowed, but all moves of these types will be disabled. The details for each of these Trainer battles are shown below:

Tips for Defeating Big Mo

Disable Unrequired Moves: Since the game disables the most commonly occurring moves between Flying, Psychic, and Fairy – you can use this to your advantage by purposely disabling one of the types you don’t plan on using. For example, if you have a strong Flying-type Pokemon, you can include any Pokemon with more Psychic or Fairy-type moves relative to your Flying-type.
This will force the game to disable Psychic or Fairy-type moves, letting you use your Flying-type Pokemon without any restrictions. Additionally, 3 out of the 4 Pokemon used by Big Mo are weak to Flying-types so it’s generally a good idea to use this strategy and unrestrict Flying-type movesets.
Utilize Counters: Big Mo has extremely strong Pokemon so using the right composition to counter him is vital.
To battle his Mienshao, you should have at least 1 strong Flying-type Pokemon above level 50. Mienshao spams Aura Sphere and uses Drain Punch to regenerate its health. It can also use U-Turn to deal damage while retreating at the same time.
Similarly, Pangoro also has Drain Punch in its moveset and can be difficult to battle due to its high resistance. Fortunately, Pangoro is extremely weak to Fairy-types (4x) so any powerful Fairy-type should be enough to handle it.
You should also aim to have one Fire-type Pokemon strong enough to deal with his Mega Lucario. Depending upon your setup, Lucario can be the most difficult of Big Mo’s Pokemon to deal with since it has an extremely aggressive moveset. Be sure to include strong Fire-type moves in your setup to counter it.
Hariyama is relatively easy to battle and does not need specific planning. Lastly, you should expect Big Mo to use multiple Hyper Potions throughout the fight, usually triggering when any of his Pokemon fall below 50% HP.
