Blizzard City Gym Puzzle

This gym’s puzzle contains several fans and holes in the ground, both of which help you teleport to different sections of the building. The goal here is to find the correct combination of paths that lead to Alice.
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to complete the gym puzzle successfully.
Step 1: From the entrance, walk straight up and head onto the first fan at the top of the room.

Step 2: On this new floor, head to the left and walk into the hole in the ground there.

Step 3: Now back on the ground floor, walk into the fan located at the far-right end of this room.

There is a Trainer guarding the path here. If you time your run correctly, this Trainer can be skipped, making the battle optional.

Step 4: After using that fan, use the hole in the floor next to you to warp to the next location.

Step 5: From here, head to the end of this room and use the fan located on the upper side.

Step 6: There are now two paths on this upper floor area. Go straight up where there’s a Trainer guarding the path – this battle is not optional.

After defeating the Bird Keeper trainer, stay on the same path until you reach the next hole in the floor at the end of the room. Go down it.
Step 7: In this new area, follow the corridor down and walk onto the fan at the other side of the room.

Step 8: You’ll be teleported up to a long corridor.
Make your way through the narrow path until you reach the end. An unavoidable Trainer guards the area here.

After this battle, head towards the end of the pathway and walk into the hole in the center of that small room.
Step 9: Back down on the lower level, follow the path left to the end of this room where you’ll find another fan. Use this fan to head back up to the upper floor.

Step 10: Now walk down and fall through the hole on the floor opposite to you.

Step 11: You’ll find yourself on the ground floor again. Use the fan to your left to go back up.

Step 12: Now follow the path straight up until you reach the end of this room. You’ll have to battle one final trainer guarding the path to Alice. This is a non-skippable battle.

Tips for Defeating Alice

Use Flying-Counters: All 3 of Alice’s Pokémon are of Flying-type with Gliscor and Minior also featuring Ground and Rock-types. Using any variation of Ice, Rock, and Electric-type Pokémon will be a perfect counter against her team.
Prepare for Second-Attack Priority: The gym has external conditions affecting it. A Tailwind blows around the area, doubling the speed of all Flying-type Pokemon. This means if you don’t use a Flying-type Pokémon, Alice’s Pokémon will always have first-attack priority, and this effect cannot be disabled.
You can counter this by using Flying-types yourself, or performing Speed-reduction moves. If you don’t plan on utilizing either of these, plan your strategy in accordance with having second-attack priority.
