The Candy Sweets are a variety of evolutionary items that you can use on Milcery to evolve it into any of Alcremie’s forms.
The only way of acquiring Candy Sweets is by purchasing them from the NPC selling Evolution Items in the Fallshore City Marketplace. This NPC is situated next to the TM merchant and only appears if you have activated generation 8 Pokémon.
