The easiest way of acquiring a Dusk Stone in Pokemon Unbound is by collecting the one in a rock on 2F of Thundercap Mt. You can do this as soon as you gain access to HM04 Strength and HM06 Rock Smash.

Alternatively, you can also obtain a Dusk Stone from several other locations such as Frost Mountain, Valley Cave, and Ruins of Void. Dusk Stones may also be obtained through Pokemon battles in multiple Raid Dens.
