Electirizer

The easiest way of acquiring an Electirizer in Pokemon Unbound is as an item on 3F of Thundercap Mountain.

Alternatively, you can also obtain an Electirizer by completing a mission (The Rogue Electivire), exchanging Battle Points (BP) at the Battle Frontier, or as held items on wild Elekid or Electabuzz encounters.

Once-only Methods

Location # 1 – Thundercap Mt.

Start at Epidimy Town’s PokeCenter:

Step 1: Head to the southern end of the town to reach the entrance to Thundercap Mt.

Step 2: From the entrance, follow the straight path leading to the ladder going up to 2F in the northeastern corner of the cave.

Step 3: Go down the stairs in front of you and head to the southern end of the cave.

Step 4: Use Rock Smash to break the rocks blocking your path and then head to the far-east until you arrive at a small pool of water.

Step 5: Use Surf in the water and head further east till you reach the small piece of land in the southeastern corner of the area.

Step 6: Use the ladder here to head up to 3F.

Step 7: The Electirizer is inside the PokeBall in the corner.

Location # 2 – Thundercap Mt. (2nd Spot)

Another Electirizer can be obtained as a reward for completing Mission #071: The Rogue Electivire.
