The easiest way of acquiring a Galarica Wreath in Pokemon Unbound is by collecting it from Galarian Slowking via Mystery Gift. The Pokemon will be holding this item when you obtain it.
Alternatively, you can also purchase Galarica Wreaths from the NPC selling Evolution Items in the Fallshore City Marketplace. This NPC is situated next to the TM merchant and only appears if you have activated Generation 8 Pokemon.

Mystery Gifts can be redeemed by Interacting with the NPC wearing the green outfit on 2F of any PokeCenter. You must be in the post game (become Champion) to do this.

You will obtain a Galarian Slowking with a Galarica Wreath as its held item.
