The earliest way of acquiring a Magmarizer in Pokemon Unbound is through an overworld item in the southeastern corner of Cinder Volcano (2F). You can get this as soon as you have obtained HM03 Surf and can use it outside of battle.
An indefinite number of Magmarizers can be obtained through the Battle Frontier by exchanging 32 Battle Points (BP). They may also be acquired as held items from wild Magby/Magmar (5% chance each).
Once-only Methods
Location # 1 – Cinder Volcano
Starting by flying to Cinder Volcano (Route 4) and follow these steps to obtain the Magmarizer:
Step 1: Enter Cinder Volcano and head towards the north.
Step 2: Use the ladder at the end to go up to 2F.
Step 3: Use Surf in the lava in front of you and head to the southeastern end of the area.
Hop back onto the land and continue on this path.
Step 4: The Magmarizer is in the PokeBall at the end of this area.
