The easiest way of acquiring an Oval Stone in Pokemon Unbound is by showing a Happiny to the girl in the Fallshore City Evolution House.
Alternatively, you can also obtain Oval Stones as held items from wild Happiny (50% chance) or you can exchange 32 Battle Points (BP) for an Oval Stone at Battle Frontier’s Exchange Service Counter.
Once-only Methods
Location # 1 – Fallshore City
Start at Fallshore City’s PokeCenter:
Step 1: Take a few steps to the south of the PokeCenter passing the Fallshore City marketplace on your left.
Step 2: From the two paths, continue on the road leading east towards the town’s Gym.
Step 3: Head further east until you reach the end of the town and enter the building here. This is the Evolution House.
Step 4: Once you get inside, go to the top-right corner of the house and use the stairs here to go up to 2F.
Step 5: Find the girl hiding in the corner of the room to your right.
Show her a Happiny in your party and she’ll give you an Oval Stone.
