The earliest way of acquiring a Sachet is through the warehouse in Vivill Town. It can be found as an item inside the Vault on B3F here.
Alternatively, you can obtain Sachet’s from the Battle Frontier for 32 Battle Points (BP). This item also drops from Spritzee and Aromatisse (50% chance each) from the Raid Den on Route 12.
Once-only Methods
Vivill Warehouse
Start at Vivill Town’s PokeCenter:
Step 1: Head to the northern end of town and enter the Vivill Warehouse building located here.
Step 2: Use the stairs to head down to B1F.
Step 3: Walk over to the center of the room where you’ll find 4 teleporting tiles.
Use the tile on the top-left to teleport from B1F Lobby to the B1F Cafeteria.
Step 4: Use the teleporting tile at the top of this room to go from B1F Cafeteria to B2F Kitchen.
Step 5: Walk over to the eastern corner of the room and use the tile here to go from B2F Kitchen to B1F Small Storage.
Step 6: Use the tile in front of you to reach the B3F Vault.
Step 7: The Sachet is inside the PokeBall on the ground here.
