The easiest way of acquiring a Tart Apple in Pokemon Unbound is by purchasing them at the Fallshore City Marketplace. You can also try defeating an Applin (50% chance) or Flapple (50% chance) in the Raid Den on Route 12. Both these Pokemon may drop a Tart Apple when defeated.
