Water Stones

The easiest way of acquiring a Water Stone in Pokemon Unbound is by purchasing it from 3F of the Dehara Department Store for 10,000 PokeDollars.

Alternatively, you can find a Water Stone hidden in a rock on Route 13, or there is a free one in Tehl Town’s mart. These stones may also be obtained as held items from wild Panpour (5% chance) and as drops from the Raid Dens on Route 3 and Route 10.

Once-only Methods

Location # 1 – Route 13

Start by flying to Ruins of Void (Route 14):

Step 1: Surf in the water and head towards the south till you reach the small piece of land with a wooden sign.

Step 2: From here, go further west until the path splits into two with an overhead bridge at your south.

Step 3: Head south, going under the bridge, and follow this path to its end till you’re blocked off by large rocks in the water.

Step 4: Surf towards the east from here and continue doing so until you’re again blocked off by large rocks in the water.

Step 5: Head directly northeast and hop back onto land on the small island that is situated here.

Step 6: Go to the northern end of this island, moving past the trainer guarding the path.

Step 7: Use Surf in the corner of the island, on the tile next to the final tree, and head upwards until you reach a small piece of land with a wooden sign.

Step 8: Use Surf again and move slightly upwards till you get blocked off by a large rock.

Step 9: Align yourself similar to the screenshot below, and then surf to the western end of this route without changing your direction.

Step 10: The Water Stone is hidden in the rock on the far-west side here. It’s in the smallest rock at the top just below the larger boulders.

Location # 2 – Tehl Town

Start at Tehl Town’s PokeCenter:

Step 1: Take a few steps to the southeast to find and enter the town’s PokeMart.

Step 2: Speak to the blonde man standing in the PokeMart. He will give you a free Water Stone.
