The Braille Converter lets you read the text on the silver giant stone tablets part of Mission #007: Am I Blind?
Every tablet gives instructions that will help you solve the tablet’s puzzle to access the area behind it.
Location
Fly to the Bellin Town Pokemon Center and exit the town from the north exit.
Continue north and enter Icicle Cave.
Go west after entering the cave.
Go through the opening to the east to reach Icicle Cave 4F. If the opening is closed you must progress in Mission #067: The Food Thief.
Go down the stairs and continue east.
Approach the Ruin Maniac standing in front of the stone tablet with the side mission icon on his head.
This NPC gives Mission #007: Am I Blind?
You don’t have to complete the mission to get this key item, as the Braille Converter is immediately given to you upon starting it.
Function
With the Braille Converter in your Cube, you get a prompt to read the braille text every time you interact with a giant stone tablet. The text always gives a hint that helps you solve that tablet’s puzzle, allowing you to access the area behind it.
