The Devon Scope is a key item given to you by Big Mo, the Gym Leader of Antisis City. It is required to progress in the main game storyline.
You’ll receive this item when you try going south from Gurun Town after completing the Vivill Warehouse section of the main story. It lets you see & clear the Kecleon that’s blocking the path forward.
Location
After clearing the Vivill Warehouse section of the main story, go south from the Gurun Town Pokemon Center.
Continue south as you leave the town and enter Route 16.
You’ll eventually come across an invisible structure blocking your way forward.
Interact with it to trigger the Big Mo cutscene.
Big Mo will give you the Devon Scope, letting you progress forward.
Function
The Devon Scope doesn’t affect too many areas in Pokemon Unbound.
The first time you’ll use it is to uncover the Kecleon blocking the path to Antisis City.
After that, you can use the Devon Scope to start an encounter with the Kecleon after locating it on Route 16.
