Much like how the Coin Case is mandatory to use coins at the Game Corner, the Frontier Card acts the same for the Battle Frontier.
You will get your Frontier Card instantly after trying to enter the Battle Frontier after becoming champion when you defeat the Elite Four for the first time.
Location
After becoming the champion, fly to Seaport City and enter the connector to your north.
The receptionist will walk to you and give you the Frontier Card.
Function
The Frontier Card registers all the data required for you to participate in the Battle Frontier. This includes listing the earned Battle Points and received battle facility prints you’ve acquired.
