The Go-Goggles are a requirement to leave Dehara City and progress in the main story. Given by the Mountain Climber NPC in Dehara City, the Go-Goggles are automatically equipped and you just need them in your Cube.
Location
After beating the Dehara City Gym Leader, fly to the Dehara City Pokemon Center and go north.
Take the second turn east, following the path behind the Game Corner.
Enter the house just west of the connector.
Inside, approach the only NPC on the ground floor.
This NPC will give you the Go-Goggles if you beat the city’s gym.
Function
If you try to go to the Great Desert without the Go-Goggles then the guard stops you in the gate connector, asking you to get the proper eyewear.
The Go-Goggles let you enter the Great Desert and continue with the game by reaching Gurun Town.
