Shaymin has two forms in Pokemon Unbound, though using the Gracidea is the only way to switch between the land and sky forms.
Location
After catching Shaymin, fly to Flower Paradise and go east.
Speak with the blonde NPC here.
The NPC will give you the Gracidea if you have Shaymin in your party.
Function
You can use the Gracidea from your Cube on Shaymin during the day to switch its form. Shaymin is initially in its land form, and using the Gracidea switches it to its sky form. Using the flower again reverts Shaymin to its land form.
The Gracidea is only usable during the day.
