Found only on Saturdays at the Magnolia Cafe, the Grubby Hanky can be returned to its original owner to complete a side mission and get a nice Z-Crystal reward in the process. The Grubby Hanky key item is part of the Lost Hanky mission.
Location
On a Saturday, fly to Magnolia Town and go north.
You’ll find an item you can interact with on the north-most table in the Magnolia Cafe.
The item is the Grubby Hanky. Pick it up to help complete the Lost Hanky mission.
Function
After getting the Grubby Hanky, wait for Friday and return to the cafe to find the Rich Boy NPC. Give the hanky to the NPC to complete Mission #037: Lost Hanky and get the Lycanium Z.
