The Lunar Wing is a key item that’s part of Mission #066: The Endless Nightmare. It is used to wake the sailor’s son in the house behind the Tarmigan Town Pokemon Center from his eternal nightmare.
Cresselia is initially found on Fullmoon Island in a clearing during this process.
Catch or defeat Cresselia and it’ll drop the Lunar Wing for you.
Function
The Lunar Wing is used to wake the sleeping kid in Tarmigan Town from his nightmare.
If you don’t get the option then first return to the Fallshore City port and speak with the sailor who took you to Fullmoon Island.
