The Magma Stone is a key item that has two uses in Pokemon Unbound: The first passive use is hatching eggs quicker, while the second use is to help you spawn & capture Heatran.
Location
Fly to the Seaport City Pokemon Center and go south.
Take the first turn east and enter the second building to your north.
Approach the NPC in the southeast corner of the building with the side mission icon on his head.
This NPC gives Mission #039: Master Incubator after completing the two prerequisite quests, which are Mission #023: Flaming Body and Mission #009: Armoured Body.
Completing Master Incubator rewards you with the Magma Stone.
Function
The Magma Stone is a key item you don’t have to use actively, because as long as it’s in your cube then it will help all eggs in your party hatch faster.
Additionally, you can go to Cinder Volcano to spawn Heatran if you have the Magma Stone in your inventory.
