The Motorcycle takes the place of the Bicycle in Pokemon Unbound. You’ll acquire it after completing Mission #061: The Black Emboar, and you can use the bike with turbo mode on or off depending on the speed you want to move at.
Location
Fly to the Crater Town Pokemon Center and go south.
Go west when the path south runs out.
Enter the house in the town’s southwest corner.
Inside, approach the single NPC with the side mission icon on his head.
This NPC gives Mission #061: The Black Emboar, and completing it rewards you with the Motorcycle.
Function
The Motorcycle is used to increase your character’s movement speed in the overworld more than regular running shoes.
You can also register it from your Cube for easy access.
When you sit on it, you can press the L button to enable or disable turbo mode, changing your cycle’s speed depending on the mode. In addition to being a convenient way to travel, this Key Item is required to complete Mission #076: Tomb Raider.
