The Prison Bottle is a key item given to you near the end of the main story of the game. You can use it to change Hoopa’s form when out of battle.
Hoopa is treated as the central Legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Unbound’s main story, so it’s only natural that the Prison Bottle lets you change its forms.
Location
The Prison Bottle is given to you when you climb Crystal Peak during the main story.
This occurs just before the last gym and after using the S.S. Ticket to go to East Borrius. You must get the key item to progress.
Function
After getting the Prison Bottle, use it from your Cube when Hoopa is in your party.
Select Hoopa to change it from its Confined to Unbound form or vice-versa.
