The Reveal Glass is a key item given by the old woman who stands in front of Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus, which all spawn in the same location. Using this key item lets you switch the three Pokémon’s forms.
Location
First, you want to catch Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus.
With that done, fly to the Magnolia Town Pokemon Center and follow the marked east path.
Exit the town from the east and start following the path south which shortly starts going east.
Continue on the path until you eventually reach the east part of the island, where you can use Surf to continue east.
Land on the rocky island and continue on the path.
Speak with the old lady here to obtain the Reveal Glass if you’ve already caught all of the weather trio.
Function
The Reveal Glass is a key item you can use from your cube. With Thundurus, Tornadus, or Landorus in your party, use the item on one of the three to change their forms. Using it lets you alternate between their Incarnate and Therian forms.
