The S.S. Ticket is given to you when you first reach Seaport City, after you go to the southeast boathouse.
This ticket lets you board the S.S. Marine to continue your pursuit of Team Shadow in East Borrius using the boat docked in the northeast port.
Location
The S.S. Ticket is given to you by Jax as part of the main storyline just after reaching Seaport City.
Head to the southeast boathouse to initiate a cutscene and get the ticket.
Function
The S.S. Ticket is used to board the S.S. Marine, which is a ship that can take you across Borrius.
The initial purpose of the ticket is to use the boat docked in the northeast port to go to Polder Town. But you can also sail to Cube Corp. in the post-game after discovering it.
