Gurun Town is an ancient settlement at the eastern end of the Great Desert, and is the crossroads between the roads to Vivill Town, Antisis City, and the Pokemon League.
Heading east from here requires Surf, but it is necessary as the last step in the journey to get to Victory Road and challenge the Pokemon League.
