Route 17, nicknamed “Eastern Bluffs” is east of Route 16. It is the only way to reach Seaport City by land, and is a series of cliffs and islands connected by bridges.
This route is inaccessible until you beat the Antisis City Gym and earn the ability to use Rock Climb. There is also a large underwater section here that can only be reached with the Advanced Digging and Diving Machine.
