Tehl Town is west of Fallshore City, and is right in the middle of two long stretches of autumnal forests in Route 9 and Route 10. Initially, passage to Route 9 by road is blocked, so the only way to reach Tehl Town early is through the Underground Pass.
There are a couple of useful items here, as well as some interesting missions to undertake. The Name Rater is in town too, and there is a challenging race held daily in the Underground Pass.
