Prerequisites
- Complete the post-game quest by defeating Aklove in the Ruins of Void.
Location
After clearing the post-game quest, fly to the Dresco Town Pokémon Center, go towards the gym, and follow the path south of the gym.
Enter the house in the south corner of the town’s island.
Approach Arthur inside and speak with him to get the Salamencite.
