A Fisherman has received some corporate sponsorship and wants to give you some prizes every time you reach a fishing milestone. For hooking 10 Pokémon with a fishing rod, he’ll give you 10 Dive Balls.
Starting the Mission
This mission starts in Polder Town, but it has a requirement: you must have spoken to the Fisherman in Gurun Town first.
He’s in the house northeast of the Regi monument in Gurun Town.
He’ll ask you if you’ve hooked a Pokémon with a fishing rod at least 3 times.
If you have, he will leave for a house in Polder Town and give you a Pearl.
The same Fisherman will then be in Polder Town, next to the Poke Mart and the Croagunk show.
The Fisherman has received a fishing rod sponsorship from Cube Corp., and as part of that, he wants you to hook as many Pokémon as you can. His first task for you is to hook 10 of them.
How to Complete
To complete the mission, you need to have hooked 10 Pokémon with a fishing rod.
“Hooked” means attracted into battle – you don’t have to capture or even defeat them, you can escape from battle and it will still count.
After you’ve hooked ten, go back to the Fisherman and he’ll give you 10 Dive Balls.
