Fly to your house in Frozen Heights. Then follow the left-side path going north.

Continue north as you leave the town and climb some long stairs.

Stand directly in front of the nearby stairs and if you’re in the post-game, you’ll have the option to call Articuno.

Selecting “Yes” will prompt Articuno to appear, allowing you to battle it.
