Completing the “The Endless Nightmare” mission gives you the Member Card required for Darkrai.

With the Member Card in hand, fly to the Tarmigan Town Pokemon Center and then follow the path below it going east.

Climb the stairs at the end of the path and enter the first house to the west.

Inside, an NPC will make you go to sleep.

Sleeping in the inn transports players to Newmoon Island, where there’s only one path forward.

The path eventually leads to an opening surrounded by trees.

Dakrai is waiting inside the opening.
