Prerequisites
Be in the post-game Start the Portal Purge mission

Fly to the Vivill Town Pokemon Center and go west.

Continue to the north of the town and enter the Vivill Warehouse.

Take the stairs leading to Vivill Warehouse B1F.

Continue west from here and take the stairs leading to the drowned part of the warehouse.

Surf to the platform in the southwest corner of the room.

Push the boulder using Strength and step on the teleportation tile.

The tile will take you to the Vivill Warehouse’s basement.

From here, just walk north to find the portal with Eternal Flower Floette. Interact with the portal to initiate the battle.
