Prerequisites

Before finding Landorus, make sure you have both Tornadus and Thundurus in your party.

With that done, fly to the Magnolia Town Pokemon Center and follow the marked path going east. Then exit the town from the east and start following the first path downwards, which shortly starts going east.

Continue on the path until you eventually reach the eastern part of the island, where you can use Surf to continue east.
