Be in the post-game Start the Portal Purge mission Make sure it’s nighttime

Fly to the Ruins of Void entrance and Surf south.

Continue on the path until you swim under a bridge. When you do, start going west.

You’ll eventually see a spot where you can dive underwater.

Use the ADM gear in the deep water to dive.

Go east after going underwater and head through the first entryway you see.

From here, go through the entryway to the north.

Nihilego is inside the portal in this area.
