Be in the post-game Start the Portal Purge mission

Fly to the Dehara City Pokemon Center and go north to follow the path behind the building.

Take the first turn east and continue into the connector.

Continue going east after exiting the connector to reach the Great Desert.

Go north when the path east gets blocked.

Then turn east again when the path opens up – then take the first turn south and follow that path.

You’ll shortly see two marks you can use Rock Climb on.

Scale the one on the left to find the portal with Pheromosa in it.
