Prerequisites

With the three Regis in your party, fly to the Bellin Town Pokemon Center and go south.

Continue south until you see a wall you can scale down using Rock Climb.

Do that and enter Icy Cave here.

Once you’re inside, follow the path forward.

Clear the slippery ice puzzle and Surf north to descend from a ladder.

Go down the stairs to your west and follow the path.

Further along this path you’ll soon find Regigigas.
