There are two ways you can get Odd Keystones in Pokemon Unbound:

The first and primary way is through mining. There’s a 1% chance to get an Odd Keystone when mining in the KBT Expressway, Underwater, or at Crystal Peak
You can also get a guaranteed Odd Keystone from the maze section of Rift Cave

With an Odd Keystone, Fly to & enter the Gurun Town Pokemon Center. Once inside, approach the old lady sitting at the table.

If you have an Odd Keystone in your Cube, the NPC will ask you to free the souls trapped inside, allowing you to battle a Spiritomb.
