Prerequisites
Be in the post-game Start the Portal Purge mission Have Entei and Raikou in your party

With Entei and Raikou in your party, fly to the Ruins of Void.

Use Rock Climb to climb the mark west of the entrance to the ruins. Enter the ruins from this floor.

Continue north to enter the next room.

Climb the ladder to the upper floor.

Now follow the linear path west to exit the ruins.

There’s only one path forward which leads to another entrance to the ruins.

Once you’re back inside, Suicune will be waiting for you in this room.
