Prerequisites
Be in the post-game Start the Portal Purge mission

Fly to the Dresco Town Pokemon Center and take the path south.

Go east after reaching the island with the Trainer House.

Continue east as you leave the town and enter Route 2.

Go north when the path turns that way.

Climb the north stairs and continue on the path toward Icicle Cave.

Go west instead of entering Icicle Cave.

You’ll see the portal with Tapu Fini up some stairs here. The portal will be reachable using Rock Climb.
