Fly to the Tarmigan Town Pokemon Center and go down the stairs in front of it before going west.

Continue going south, past the area filled with tall grass.

Enter Cliff Cave from the exit this path leads you to.

Once inside, go down the ladder to your north.

Then head up and climb the stairs to your east, and leave the cave from there.

Follow the path east after exiting the cave where you’ll see a wall to your south you can scale down using Rock Climb.
