Prerequisites
  • Have a Fire-type Pokemon in your party
  • Defeat the Elite 4 at least twice

After successfully rematching the Elite 4, fly to Cinder Volcano and enter from the entrance where your Pokemon drops you off when flying.

Once you’re inside, climb the ladder to your north.

Once you’re up the ladder, use Surf to swim on top of the lava and go south.
