TM014 Blizzard
Location	Found in the Icicle Cave B1F slippery ice area. Requires you to push a bolder down first to retrieve the TM.
Description	A blizzard strikes the opposing team. It may leave them with frostbite.

Prerequisites

Fly to the Bellin Town Pokémon Center and take the North exit out of the town.

Continue heading North until you see the entrance to Icicle Cave.

Once inside, follow the path West.

Go down the stairs to your South and then take the ladder deeper into the cave.

After taking the ladder down, start going South.

Turn West when you can and continue following the path.

Shortly after the slippery ice area, you’ll see another ladder taking you deeper into the cave you want to use.

Head West directly after using the ladder. You’ll then see a wall you can scale using Rock Climb.

After scaling down the wall, use Surf to continue South on the water. You’ll spot an island with another ladder going deeper into the cave.

Now, hug the wall to your East before using the slippery ice to go South and then East.

Get onto the platform at the end of the puzzle where you’ll see one boulder you can use Strength on and a couple of rocks you can smash.

You want to push the boulder up and over to the left, then push it down the hole at the end of the platform. After that, walk down the same hole.

Now you can follow the ice puzzle and land next to the boulder you just pushed down to acquire the TM for Blizzard in the middle of the room.

Follow the directions below to reach the TM.
