Prerequisites
- Have access to Dehara City
- Have Rock Smash
- Destroy every rock West and North-West of the Great Desert
Location
From outside of the Dehara City Pokémon Center, start by following the path North.
Turn East on the path behind the Dehara Game Center and continue going East.
You’ll eventually enter the connector leading to the Great Desert.
Inside the connector, continue heading East to exit instantly.
Continue on your path East even after entering the desert.
Start walking North when you hit the edge of a canyon.
When the path to your right opens up, start going East again.
Take the second turn South and follow that path down.
You’ll see a clown NPC trapped behind two smashable rocks here.
Speak with him and he’ll ask you to smash every breakable rock in the area’s West and North-West side. Doing this will solve the clown puzzle and reward you with the TM for Sandstorm.
