Location	Found on the East side of the Ruins of Void mountain. It can be reached using the ADM gear in the spot West of the ruins entrance.
Description	The user employs its psychic powers to swap abilities with the opponent.

Prerequisites

Have access to the Ruins of Void area
Have Surf
Have Rock Climb
Have the ADM gear

Location

Fly to the Ruins of Void area and use Rock Climb to scale the wall West of the entrance.

Using Rock Climb next to the Ruins of Void entrance. / Pokémon Unbound — Using Rock Climb next to the Ruins of Void entrance.

Follow the path West and then take the next Rock Climb spot to go down.

Use Surf to approach the deep water mark here and use the ADM gear to go underwater.

Now underwater, start following the path East.

Continue on the path by going through the narrow path East.

You’ll see a mark letting you emerge from the water.

Surf North after emerging from the water, where you’ll see a platform with a wall you can climb using Rock Climb.
