Prerequisites
- Have access to Crater Town
Location
Go to the Crater Town Pokémon Center and head South.
Start going West when the path down ends.
Enter the house in the South-West corner of the Town.
Inside the house, approach the NPC with the side mission bubble.
Speaking with this NPC will give the “The Black Emboar” mission, and completing it will reward you with the TM for Work Up.
