Location
Starting from the Gurun Town Pokémon Center, head inside the building directly behind the it.
Inside, you’ll see a cowboy NPC with a mission bubble on top of him.
Approach the NPC and accept the mission he gives you.
Smack Down is the reward you get for completing this mission titled “As Hard as They Come”.
