Now that the Light of Ruin are gone, Vivill Town is filled with its townsfolk again, and you can explore to your heart’s content.

Speaking to the woman inside a fenced-off area with flowers in it, just east of the town entrance, will get you a Pure Incense.
After that, head to the Pokémon Center next – there’s a person inside that has a mission for you.

Next In-Game Trade

This man wants you to trade Pokémon at every opportunity, and if you have been following this walkthrough then there are only two trades left for you to make – one in an area you can’t get to yet, and the other right here in Vivill Town.
If you trade with all trade NPCs and come back, the mission giver will reward you with 10 Link Stones – appropriate, considering Link Stones evolve Pokémon that would traditionally need to have been traded to evolve.

The trade you need to make here in Vivill is in a small house right near the town entrance.
If you picked up the Pokémon in the Pokeball in Vivill Woods (which could have been a Foongus or a Morelull) and then evolved it, Shroomu will offer you the evolved form of the other for it.

The Move Trainer

Walk to the northeast and you’ll see two houses with their backs to the sea. Enter the one that is on the northeast corner.

The man in here is a Move Trainer, and will teach one of your Pokémon Seed Bomb for 2 Green Shards.
Continuing the Story
Head back to the Vivill Warehouse and you’ll see Jax and Arthur waiting for you.

Speaking to Jax and Arthur, it turns out that the ultimate weapon Aklove wants to destroy Borrius with was moved to Crystal Peak.
Crystal Peak is on East Borrius, which can only be reached by ship from Seaport City.

Jax thinks it’s a good idea for you to go to Antisis City to defeat the Gym there first, so that’s your next destination.

Before you do that, however, there’s a sea route to explore just to the west of Vivill Town – Route 15.
It can be worth exploring this now.

There was a big storm here, but as soon as you took care of Vivill Warehouse’s unwanted occupants, it moved on.
Surf west through the channel until you see a swimmer and a fisherman on an island.

After you beat the both of them, head west into Route 2 to take care of some unfinished business.
Fighting Island Challenge

In the northwest of the route is a rocky island with Hiker Franklin on it and two Fighting-type trainers itching for a fight.

At the north end of Route 16, you will find it difficult to proceed.
Something is blocking your progress, wedged right between a rock and a hard place.
The Devon Scope

You can’t see what it is – it’s invisible.
Luckily, a strange man coming up behind you appears to know what it might be, and offers you an item to help.

The Devon Scope can detect invisible Pokémon, and it does just that here.

The roadblock turns out to be a camouflaged Kecleon, who promptly runs away as soon as it is revealed.
The strange man that helped you moves on, but you will see him again a bit later.

Continue walking south until you see Aroma Lady Miah, the first trainer on this route.

Keep heading south and you’ll go down a couple of staircases. You’ll pass Bird Keeper Jacob.

Continue on until you come to the end of the little gully, some long grass, and a staircase leading west back on top of the ridges. Follow that to a bridge, and cross it.

There’s a plateau that has some wild grass on it, and a southwest staircase that leads to river level.
Seaport City is east, so check out the route while you’re here.

Rock Climb HM
Unfortunately, it looks like the bridge is out.
You’ll need to speak to one of the Workers here and he can offer something that might help.

The only way to get through Route 17 to Seaport City is by using Rock Climb, but you can’t use it just yet – you’ll need the Ring Badge from Antisis City.
Luckily, that’s where you were going anyway.
After getting the HM head back to the crossroads.
Heading To Antisis City

Walk down the staircase until you get to a spot where you can start Surfing in the river inlet.

You’ll see a sand island and a Fisherman on it – head there to battle him or move on, up to you. Keep on surfing south.

You’ll pass a swimmer, but also see a huge patch of dark water in the middle of the route. This is a Dive spot, and you’ll need the Advanced Diving and Digging Machine to explore it.

Swimmer Dean is in the waters to the southeast, and further south is a bigger sand island.

Pass Sailor Trevor and you’ll see the beginning of some grassy cliffs.

There are two ways you can go right now – up the west cliffs or up the east.
Head east first, and you’ll see Picnicker Sofia.

Just east of her, wedged between some trees and the cliff edge, is a spot you can’t get past – just like at the beginning of the route. You’ll use the Devon Scope, and the Kecleon will appear!
You can catch it if you wish.

After the battle, go west and walk south along that path.

It’s a one-way jump from here, so make sure you’ve done everything you want on this route before moving any further.

Roughneck Silvester gives you a taste of what to expect in Antisis City.
Once you beat him, the only thing left to do is head south into the city gate.

You’ll get one final warning from the gate guard – everything you’ve heard about Antisis City so far has not been good, so be prepared for a bit of an interesting experience!
